    Hi guys

Having a tough time removing this trojan from a customers PC using NOD32 V5, according to the program it cannot be removed as it is in memory.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

Submit an ESET SysInspector log (ideally along with a Process Monitor boot log) to customer care for perusal.

Please also make sure to include the customer information (name, email, zip, phone) if the ESET license is set up in their name. This will save a few back and forth emails just trying to verify customer info when we could be helping you remove the threat from their computer.
