    Hi @ Wilders

I am on Win 10 after updating. Now I have to accept automatic monthly updates and installation. The choice in Win 7/8 has disappeared.

Is there any way, any software that is able to adjust Win 10 update settings so that I can elect which updates to download?

    Thanks

    Terry

Power users hate automatic updates. Imagine your computer restarting in the middle of work you were doing and you can't save it.

Its also dangerous if a badly coded update wrecks Windows.

Microsoft's rationale for forced updates is they're running a service and they're gonna give you an upgraded Windows whether you like it or not.

Live with it or remain on Windows 7.

W10 updates are bundled, you'll have less (discrete) to choose from.
Use one of the third party tools e.g., O&O ShutUp10
