As you probably know this is simply a test file . The real time protection of NOD32 (AMON) will take care of it . Otherwise , simply perform full scan

Remove completely? It's a harmless test-file which does nothing more than display a text string. If you use NOD32 to "disinfect/delete", through an on-demand scan or the real-time scanner/AMON, or just simply delete the file manually - it doesn't matter. Either way you will be "clean" from it.

This from Eicar's web-site is a little bit incorrect . The modern antiviruses will delete the file with no problem
