Remote installs

I installed the management console from TIW 9.1 on both a windows 2000 server and a windows 2000 workstation. I have tried build 3886 and 3887 and in all cases the remote installation is not working. Eveytime i install to a remote computer i go through all the screens pick the components to install and when i get to the screen that asks for the the computer i put in the computer name or look it up and when i click next the program just closes with no error message. I had the demo installed and it seemed to work fine i installed to 3 or 4 machines without any problems. I then registered 100 liscenses and now i can't do remote installs.

Please uninstall all installed components of Acronis True Image 9.1 Workstation and clear Windows temp folders, then install again.

Please create Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

Please also collect the user.dmp and drwtsn32.log the way described in this previous post

Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.
