Remote install from Server 03 (32bit) to Server 08 (64 bit)

I apologise if this has been answered elsewhere but I searched and couldn't find what I needed.

I have Nod32 Business Edition Smart Security running on Server 03 32bit which is the main server. I need to push install to another machine running server 08 64 bit OS. I can't find the package file I need, any assistance on how to create a package file for a 64 bit system from a 32 bit..?
