Geez...not sure how to post a message so hope this works:
I cleaned my registry with RegSeeker removing lots of files & now concerned that some should not have been removed?
The backup square was ticked but I am not sure what to do with it. can you please tell me how to restore removed files & how to use that backup facility?

Right click on the items you want to restore to the registry in the backup section. You will get a dialogue.

Thanks for your quick reply- not sure if I received it all but was able to follow the right click instruction & have re-installed all deleted items. Think I will just see how my PC performs & then may try deleting a few items at a time as I am not sure what items are safe to delete. Thanks again for your help.
