Registration Pending

I have installed Returnil System Safe 2011.

The system date, time and timezone are all correct.

When I try to register the product I get the registration pending message.

It has been pending for over a month. I cannot activate the program.

The Returnil can communicate with the server.

I have replied to your PM, but the gist of the problem is definitely communications from the client to the server as your client is not listed. Check your firewall and or/or filtering software logs to see where the block is happening.

Another question would be to ask if you have had any registration issues with the other seats in your license. If the other clients have registered properly (one listed so far), check for differences between the registered client system and the one with the connection issue.
