I recently purchased online a one year subscription for NOD 32.
I registered it according to the instructions provided to me by the software provider, including downloading the version they said I needed.
I now get an event log message from NOD32 telling me my licence number has expired on 30.09.06 and all event log messages after this date say error connecting to server U8.eset.com. My licence is not due to expire until mid August 2007, however I have checked the licence keys on the set up page and there is nothing registered.

What can I do about this?

Hi Ginger Dang, welcome to Wilders.

Please send an email to the support office on the website from whom you purchased and they will adjust this for you.

    Cheers :D

I'd say you didn't replace your former username and password with those acquired after purchasing a renewal. Please double check it.
