i just started using reg prot: do i have to open the program, and then minimize it to the task bar for it to keep running, or is it running? when i open it, the status says "running". is there a way i can test it? thanks

    Hi REdwolfe.

Yes, it runs in the background. NO need to try to have it minimised.

To test it, install a small program or something along those lines and a window will pop up saying a registry entry, yada yda yada has been created do you wish to allow.

I just looked now at mine, and I had turned it OFF [forgot why] so I turned it back on, and up popped several window messages asking to allow certain keys to run [I had installed 2 programs after I had turned it off] and it still warned me, so definitely working/remembering even if turned off, LOL.

    Cheers.
