Refund for Snap Deploy?

    This software is just plain killing my bandwidth with problems!
    I was told the programmers are in Russia and there is a 24hr turn around.(After I bought the product!)
    Not to mention this stuff is LINIX.
    Here are my issues and why I want a refund! Please add to this thread if you have similar issues!
    1) 24hr turnaround time (Not even turn around time here as they are 12hrs out of sync to begin with.) difference. (Unacceptable)
    2) No real FAQ's compiled of previous issues and resolutions to reflect on (Im talking dynamic and up to date here).
    3) All the tech support thread answers are "Collect these logs in a weird LINIX way (Windows users gagging here, this needs to be simplified. POINT, CLICK, ect...)" then we will not reply to the thread anymore and leave everyone following it hanging.
    4) Irregular Unstable performance.
    5) Poor tech support!
