Recovery disk won't load

I'm new here so I hope somebody can help. I have DD suite 10.0. and True Image 11.0. I created a recovery disk using the bootable media builder. When I tried to test the disk I get the following message:
"Starting Acronis Loader"
"Acronis Loader: No configuration file resent'
When I look at the disk there is a file called " Recovery Manager" and inside of it is a file called "f11.cfg" which I assume is the configuration file. I am hoping some can help me with this.

You will need to contact Acronis Support (Live Chat is probably the quickest method) and request a build with an alternate/custom loader. On some systems, the default loader just doesn't work.
