Recommend me cheap laptop for gaming

    If you need mobility, you do what you have to do.

    But note if moving out of the country, that presents additional problems. The notebook's power block must support the voltage "over there". A PC is easier because many PC PSUs are universal, but if not, replacing the PSU with one with the correct voltage inputs is easy. Also, the DVD player may set to the wrong country code and with notebook parts being proprietary, may be difficult to change drives or correct the code mismatch.

    More things to think about.

    Dedicated gaming machines are very expensive. You can play simple games on a budget PC but more complex games will choke it and the performance won't be that good.

    Your budget is not realistic if you want to play the most demanding games on a PC.
