    Wow, great find, elapsed.
Looks like you caught m00nbl00d in a big fat lie.
I'm sure it has nothing to do with one DNS service being faster than another on a given day.
    :D

Why is it confusing? I said Norton DNS was better (faster resolving) than CC DNS, and it is. Since I started using Norton DNS, this was the first issue, and it didn't last that long either.

On the other hand, ever since I started to use CC, it had constant breaks.

It happened that when I added CC IPs yesterday, domain name resolution was fine... But, it could have not. So... I'd try Open DNS IPs... etc. I just know CC IPs from memory... That's all.

But, what does that has anything to do with what Page42 and I experienced yesterday? :doubt:

A problem happened, and that's it. What's the confusion?

    Eh??

You stated it was faster, then stated otherwise. How would that not be confusing? I was just curious about your experience, sheesh, next time I won't bother asking.

I stated it was faster, but I did not state the opposite. Where have I mentioned it?

I replied to Page42 saying I experienced the same browsing speed issues. It was a one time thing. Unlike CC. :ouch:

But, I hope such won't happen again. That's all. :)

I switched from Clear Cloud to Norton DNS and our PC's are running faster with Norton. In the last month with CC I was getting a lot of hesitations and waiting for websites to open, Norton's been working great.

Yes its free and it does currently filter malware. I've used all three Clearcloud, norton and comodo and I've found that norton is fastest for me and catch's the most malware. Of course your results may differ.

Thx. Dns speed not a problem. Pc will go local then to dns. Ass they get in your pc cache so does the need to go ask them become less coz its available local. I use privoxy to block adds etc very handy web caching proxy and its so flexible. Anyone tried using both norton and Comodo together. Can it be done?

I have Norton as primary and Comodo as secondary. If Norton become offline, Comodo should kick in (it sometimes do at other occasions). It is possible.
