Recent Issues with Nod32 5.0.95.0

The past couple of weeks I have had issue with Nod32 5.0, I am running a Windows 7 Pro 64 bit system, with 12 Gigs of ram and a couple of weeks ago while Nod was attempting to update I was getting the "compiler error" error message when the update was happening. I read on the knowledge base article that I should completely remove Nod and attempt to reinstall. I did this and it seemed to clear things up for a week or 2, then yesterday I started getting the "compiler error" again, well I log in today and it has moved onto "Error Allocating Memory" when attempting to download an update. Any help that could be provided would be appreciated.

 

try to maybe remove it again then run removal tool then reinstall
