Realtime virus protection does not work although it is enabled

    Help. My virus protection is not working. I have gone through the advanced settings and everything is ticked and Ok. I have NOT added any new software to my machine. What should I do?

    First tell exactly on which Operating System, which version of it, and which version of NOD32.
