Realtime FP - Scan OK

I've encountered a curious inconsistency between Prevx real-time protection and scan results.

sbpython++.exe (Spambayes++ Thunderbird extension) and TestCallback.exe (WinShellCommander explorer context-menu externsion) trigger threat notifications when they are activated. No threats are detected by subsequent scans.

Both files had been submitted to Virustotal previously with 0 positives. Results from rescans were the same.

Selecting review threats on the Prevx notification area icon starts a scan. It isn't possible to classify them as FP/PE until the scan completes (20-30 minutes on this system) A protection exception must be entered manually.

There have been several instances where the scan referred to above never completes. The scan progress window stops at 99% complete - analyzing scan results. "Aborting..." is displayed after clicking cancel scan. It never returns from the scan. Sometimes closing the window works. An additional scan is required to clear the threat detection.
