    Once again, companies bullying us around, yet they depend on our money.

    This sort of thing mostly happens when a company is no longer bringing in the mountains of cash it once did. RealPlayer has all but fallen out of use, SuperPass was once upon a time good for sports streams..but now you get Big Brother episodes and...chatting with friends? Their only real money maker is Rhapsody, which iTunes has always taken a chunk of customers from, and Spotify showed up and likely too many more. This suing over hyperlinks business isn't a new idea, but if allowed to go on, will have an extremely negative impact.
