Today when I logged onto my laptop, running Windows 7 Home Premium I got the error message that Eset Smart Security failed to load several of its modules. So I rebooted. Now I get a message from windows saying that Eset is out of date and here's a new version to install. Eset's own internal update insists that it is up to date. I decided to run an Eset disc scan and it completed in 5 minutes saying that it had scanned 0 files and found 0 infiltrations. A Smart in depth scan 'completed' in 2 minutes, scanned 0 files and found 0 infiltrations.

I would really apreciate some help. Thanks, Antiochus

What is the virus signature database version in ESET? If it is the most up to date, it should be the one listed at the top of the list on this page: http://www.eset.eu/support/update-xy1

If it is up to date, check the time and date in Windows to make sure this has not been changed.
