Real Trojan or Not

I downloaded the latest updates and ran a Spyware check at the end of scanning the following was the result:

Chupacabra-Trojan Horse-Level Danger 4
HKEY_Current_USER\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Current Version\Windows/Load

Can someone please advise me what this is and what must I do about it? ie delete or leave as is?-Thanks
