    I am posting this as a followup to the similarly titled thread I started a couple of days ago (that thread was locked).

    I just wanted to let everyone know that the issue has been resolved to our (relative) satisfaction. I didn't want to leave a negative cloud hanging over Eset with regard to this. Sometimes people are quick to criticize, and not so quick to come back with praise.

    Thanks to all who took an interest, especially Marcos.
