Several things:

1. FD-ISR folks can use Coupon Code FDUPGRADE to "upgrade" from FD-ISR to InstantRecovery. Coupon code will take 50% off the license. Coupon code does NOT take 50% off the optional Support and Upgrade Protection.

2. Regarding AppGuard compatibility issue with InstantRecovery. Raxco posted the following FAQ/KB today - InstantRecovery and Blue Ridge Networks AppGuard.

3. Raxco support for InstantRecovery. For those who have had an opportunity to interact with Raxco Support regarding InstantRecovery or any other Raxco product, hopefully you can attest to the fact that we do respond, that we respond in a timely manner and that our responses have helped to answer questions or resolve problems.

Unfortunately, Raxco isn't able provide assistance to FD-ISR customers or InstantRecovery customers via this forum (we really don't hang out here much).

Support for InstantRecovery is provided by opening a ticket via http://www.raxco.com/support or calling in via phone. The "new" Raxco Software User Community at http://perfectdiskprousers.ning.com has a section for InstantRecovery that can be used for general discussions, Q/A, users-helping-users, etc...
