    Ok, Ok, so I'm lazy - I confess. A hardware firewall, firefox ( no scripts) and a clean system image to get you out of jail and you could easily forget the rest, save some money on software, have a machine which runs quickly rather than crawls and be lazy into the bargain

    I agree with you, the database approach can´t stand up against the recent behaviours of malware pushers.
    Things like Link Scanner/Socket Shield are better concepts; they have a database too but they also have a engine digging in the depths of web sites looking for exploits..

    im gonna use link scanner lite when it has firefox support.
