RAS Config is different than client config

ESET RA version 5
Client PC version 5 (although it happens regardless of the version #)

I tried to push a configuration change last week (Show Splash Screen at startup) and the config that RA pulls shows different than what the client actually has. For instance, if I look at my computers config on our RA server, it says that Show Splash Screen at Startup to be 'No', however on my machine it does not reflect that. There are other settings as well (Display only notifications requiring user intervention.... Yes on RA server, No on my machine).


Please advise.

 

To force the GUI settings from the RA server, you need to also set the "Suppress User Settings" to "Yes".

 

Also, I believe some changes to the UI settings requires you to logout or restart the computer before they take affect.
