Randomised weekly scans

I just finished setting up ERA with weekly local storage scan, using configuration settings -- scheduled tasks. (I've seen talk about doing it using Profiles, not clear how that's done. I just used a Profile setting to choose the drives.)

What concerns me is that there appears to be no capability to randomize that scan time. I don't like what that could do to a virtualization host if all of the guest systems suddenly start to scan their storage at the same time.

AFAICS, this is the same in 3.x and 4.x.

BTW, I was surprised to see that there wasn't something like that defined by default. 2.7 seems to have it.
