Random Notepad Document Opened?

    When I logged in today, two Notepad documents opened, both with the following:

    [.ShellClassInfo]
    LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787

    Is this something bad? What exactly happened?

    Edit: Nevermind. A Google search actually turned up a fix from Microsoft.
