Ran ad-aware and Spybot and still have problems

    Please help. I have run Ad-aware and Spybot and disabled wupdater and I still have troubles. I keep getting messages that my system is dangerously low (I've checked the system resources and I am at 59% capacity); when I run a google search in aol I get popups from internet explorer that sometimes continue to open as fast as I can close them; the icons on my desktop sometimes "freeze" and I have to go to Programs on the startup menu to open the programs; everything is running slow and new programs keep appearing on my desktop.     Thank you Snowbound. I ran the shredder program; it had two questions about whether file names were random (C:\WINDOWS\SAHUninstall.exe and sys_ai_client_loader.exe), to which I replied "No." Here is the new Hijackthis logfile.

    and delete:

    Hi Pieter:

    Did you get my email? I am still having the problem that when I go to shut down I get the message Windows Explorer has performed an illegal function. Also, it keeps freezing up on me in Microsoft Word. No more problems with the internet though. :)

    Hi Pieter:

    Well, yes, I had a Windows 98 CD available and reinstalled Windows. Things just kept getting worse and worse and then the CD Rom drive died and the printer quit working, etc, etc, etc. So, I now have a new (to me) computer and Windows XP. I've downloaded ad-aware and spybot and promise to run them (and NAV) diligently from now on. I really, really appreciate all your help and I think what you guys do here is terrific. Hopefully I'm all set now and won't need you guys for a long time, but meanwhile you are now on my favorite places. Thanks again! Amanda :D
