RA Update Issue?

I created a new package in RA on Tuesday for the new update. All the computers updated (after knocking everyone off the internet for about 5 mins) and seemed to work. All the computers were the newest version after a restart. However, RA doesnt register them as the new version, and wont pick up the new update either. All the computers bar three have not connected withen 43 hours. It's not too bad as the computers are picking up the updates themselves, but I need RA to work properly.

Any thoughts?

Check the settings for connecting to ERAS locally on a client to make sure it's configured to connect to your ERAS.
