RA Package Installation

I have been installed NOD32 with package installation over the internet. If I install on computers in the same buidling with the same subnet. The installation is fine. However, when I install on the computer in different subnet different building even though those computer joined the same domain. I got the following message.

"Could not setup IPC connection to target computer (SC error code 6, GLE error code 53).

I could connect to \\computer\C$ o \\computer\admin

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
