RA Alerting Colours

Hi all,

Been trying to figure this one out for a while so wondered if anyone else had found a solution.

In RA, I'm trying to change the length of time before an alert changes colour.

At the moment, the moment a virus update goes 1 update out, it turns red. I can change the colours, but I don't seem to be able to find anywhere to change the length of time before it changes the colour.

 

You can change it so the entire client entry isn't highlighted when the definition version goes out of date which I found useful, but I haven't found a way to change the threshold for when that conditional highlighting happens. I wouldn't be surprised if that is coming in the new version of RAC, though.

Hopefully the new version will give us some more flexibility. Don't want my RAC's screaming at me because a laptop has been off site for a day and hasn't reported in!
