Hi All, Some users are reporting that when they upgrade their client from REL2 to REL3, the client looses its registration status. The development team is aware of this issue and is working to correct the problem. What is happening 1. The client looses registration with upgrade 2. The client remains registered on the server How to resolve the issue at the client: Simply re-register the client within the product GUI. When you do this you should see the following: 1. Client displays "Registration pending" message 2. client then properly shows as registered after a short period of time 3. A new message will be available through the envelope icon in the upper part of the main screen indicating that the "License has already been assigned" We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and the next build release should resolve this annoyance going forward.
