I wanted to try keyscrambler using Shadow Mode, but keyscrambler requires a reboot so I couldn't do it. There4 I have a question.

Background: I use a certain Password Manager (PM) which I am very fond of. Therefore, I like to copy&paste my passwords using this PM.

QUICKIE QUESTION: Can I copy&paste passwords via Keyscrambler OR must I type in each password manually?

From my personal experience, the paste operations are not scrambled. Not even when you copy; the copied text will appear on the clipboard exactly as you copied it. You have to manually type it, to have KS encrypt your keystrokes, except if this has changed at the newer versions, which I doubt.
