Quick Question on Ghost

Hi guys,

Just wanted a little feedback on Ghost if you can help me it would be appreciated.

I've not used Ghost in the corporate world since I think version 8.0 or so. At my new place we are looking to purchase it. We will need to image XP, Vista and Windows 7.

That said, do we need to license each OS for Ghost? Or is it still just one license per machine regardless of what OS we throw on it?

Also, I understand the newer versions of Ghost can be (or are) hardware independent. Is that the case and how does this work exactly (for those of you using it).

I'm sure I will have more questions but wanted to get some initial feedback.
