Questions: SafeOnline (facebook) and Keyscrambler and Email & IM

Is there any point to running them side by side?

Also does SafeOnline help with Instant Messaging, Email, and other Programs that interact with the internet? Or just the browsers?

SafeOnline doesn't integrate into IM applications currently so I believe there is some benefit to running both alongside each other as SafeOnline does primarily focus on the browsers themselves
