questions about online armor free

    1. does it support 64 bit operating systems?

    2. does the free version have Hips with the firewall?

    3. im already behind a router with nat,spi, antispoofing, should i replace windows vista firewall with online armor free 64 bit?

    4. is it compatible with threatfire, sandboxie, and avira?

    1) I don't think there is a 64 bit version available at the moment.
    2) You would be ok with Vista's firewall + router. Just depends on how much control you want over outbound programs and stuff.
    3) I have used it with those three programs with no problems.
    4) Not sure if the free version has the HIPS or not. I use the ++ version.

    The free version has the HIPS but I don't think they have a 64 bit version yet.

    1. The 64bit is still in private testing.

    3. That would be fine and it's up to you. I'm also behind a router.

    4. I can confirm it's compatible with Avira and Sandboxie :).

    ok thx guys, but i have a question. i tried windows vista firewall with outbound protection a long time ago and i made custom rules to allow the programs i want to connect to the internet but it was still being denied and the internet didnt work until i put back the default settings for outbound? thats why i only have blocked for inboud cause i could never get outbound to work, any suggestions?
