Questions about a few security apps

Hi all, I am curious if anyone has used and is familiar with these 3 freeware security products:

Secure-It

SnoopFree Privacy Shield

F-Secure Blacklight

I realize that the latter app (Blacklight) is designed specifically for rootkits, so I imagine that it is a little different from the first two, but I am still curious about it's effectiveness and ease of use, etc.

Also, how do Secure-It and SnoopFree differ and/or compare to a program like WinPatrol? Are they similar in nature, or completely different?
