I cant activate startup recovery manager and recover my backups. When I try to activate startup manager i see that "The hard disk you have selected is not available when booting your PC and you will be able to restore images from Acronis Secure Zone located on this drive only from Windows". What does it means?

    P.S. I am using True Image 8
P.P.S sorry, i cant speak english well :ninja:

Tell us what hard drive you are trying to create the Secure Zone on.

    Hello freeman,

Is the hard drive in question mounted internally or externally in a USB enclosure? If it's an external one then just ignore the error message and click OK to continue. Note that if the SZ is located on an external drive and the Startup Recovery Manager is activated then the drive must be connected and switched on whenever your computer is booted otherwise the boot process will fail.

    Regards
