Can someone explain why on my tools, options, homepage option info in Firefox this is what is listed-chrome://speeddial/content/speeddial.xul? Is this related to THE Chrome as in Google Chrome? As far as I know no user on this pc has ever installed Chrome and we all use Google as little as possible. Thank You

In this context, 'chrome' has nothing to do with Google. The 'chrome' is a definition for the elements found in the User Interface. The term may be applied to virtually any software with which a user interacts, for example, a browser, an operating system, application software etc.

In Firefox, take a peek at Tools>>Add-ons>>Extensions. Do you see something like "Speed Dial" listed there?

Thanks for the explanations. I knew I had the FF speed dial installed-I just did not know that the "chrome" was not related to Google.
