Question re: type of image created

    Can someone tell me whether the image True Image creates is a bit-by-bit exact image or does it create defragmented the image of each file?

    Please note that Acronis True Image doesn't modify the files in the image during the creation and restoration as well. You will obtain the exact copy of your partition (or disk).
