Question re: Remote Admin Server 3.1.15 system requirements

The system requirements for this version of the remote admin server do not specifically say "Windows 2000 Server", it says 2003 Server and 2008 Server. Does that mean it will not install on Windows 2000 Server?

Trying to upgrade the existing Remote Admin Server on a Win2000 Server. Received the following error:

Error reading from file c:\...\era_server_nt32_enu.msi. Verify that file exists and that you can access it.
............

That is the file that I launched to install the upgrade..
