    I purchased a 3 user license of v3 back in February 2009.

The renewal feature says I can upgrade to v4 by purchasing a renewal. OK!

Since I purchased it at Microcenter the renewal process takes me to Microcenter's web site. There I have an option to download the NOD32 3-user pack at the renewal price. It says nothing about what version I am downloading but the big pic of the v3 box has me really hesitant.

So, it would would give me a warm-and-fuzzy feeling if I knew exactly what I was going to get. De-linking my user ID from Microcenter would be a start.

To add to the confusion last year we were all running 32-bit systems. Now 2 of us are 64 bit so I want to download both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions.

Can I get some assurances from ESET that I will get v4 from Microcenter and that I will be able to download both 32 bit and 64 bit versions?

I do realize that time left on our v3 updates would not extend to the upgrade but that's OK.

    Thank you

    Paul

Well, well, well. Thanks Ron. 64-bit v4 downloaded and installed just fine.

I think that the ESET site is confusing and tries to come off as magnanimous by giving you the upgrade for free if you renew your sig license. Maybe I misinterpreted.

I've got about 6 weeks left on my current license. I'll renew at that time.

    Thank you again.

    Best regards

    Paul
