    Hi
If I were to format just my C:\ partition and then reinstall windows, will I be able to access my other partitions after doing so or should I just format the whole drive and repartition?

If your C: is partitioned in two or more. say C:, D: and E:
FORMAT C: only The DATA in other partions remain.

sorry forgot to mention that: Yes you'll be able to see other partitions as long as they are of the same format as C: (i.e All NTFS OR ALL FAT32)
