Folks, do you know if there are (besides Comodo, which is not working properly here) other free firewalls that can block IPs by hostnames or range?

In a way that when you try to access the website, only thinks it can be accessed and not that is blocked?

I am currently using Kaspersky and this firewall can do all I want, but I was looking for free alternatives before I got this software.

Are there any free firewalls that can do this out there?

Windows Firewall from Vista, 7, 8 can block IP ranges. Regarding the block by hostnames, you can use the hosts file located in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

For some strange reason, the HOSTS file does not work here, in Windows 8-32 and Firefox.
