I have a situation where my HD failed but I had a recent full backup via ATI
    on my additional PC
Unfortunately my ne. twork has failed and I still cannot get it to function.
I had burnt a CD of the files but unfortunately they were a year old
However I decided to restore the year old files in order that I can continue work.
The result is I have added data etc to the year oold files.
My query is when I get my network working and restore the latest data over the existing data will it wipe this data and onlt retore the last recorded data?
If that is the case how do I backup the recent data I have created?

    Hello brachd,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please note that you will be able to select a target disk or partition where you want to restore the selected image. Please be aware that all the data stored on the restored partition will be replaced by the image data, so be careful and watch for non-backed-up data that you might need.

    Thank you.

    Thank you.
A further point. I have backed up my C and D partitions which contain all my programmes.
Can I restore both C and D to C? I have plenty of spare space in C
