Quarantine

How can i get files from Quarantine? Restore to.. doesn't work!!!

Yes it is. It's for my virus collection!!!
I have Win32/Bagle.A in Quarantine.

Well you could always email the sender and ask for it to be sent again

 

Quarantine only COPIES the file and leaves the original intact. So what do you mean you can't recover it from quarantine?

But then are you referring to quarantine by IMON? I don't use IMON. So I don't know what it does. I sure would hate it if my email scanner wouldn't let me recover a virus in quarantine. If that is what you are referring to, then I'm glad I don't use IMON. Everything I hear about IMON convinces me even more to not ever use it. AMON and NOD32 are great...IMON ...UGH!

NOD32 v 2 on NT platform - the quarantined email function restore to ... doesn't work.

With NOD32 v 2 for Win 9X it works.
