QoS 20%?

    not true
    QOS doesnt use 20percent of internet.
    i read about it on a tweaking guide and its not true!

    the 20% percent is only used if u have a QoS aware application. otherwise u can use all 100% percent of your connection.

    i dont install QoS anyways though.
