ok so i started using asquared anti malware from the nov 11 free 1 year thing. ive been using a squared free before that. i noticed that malware ids and surf protection iare disabled (i have vista 64bit) will it still protect against malware even without malware IDS and surf procetion?

well i belive that the malware IDS is mamutu it's proactive protection againts 0-new malware,so if you are missing that module it will be a good idea to add a hips program or another behabiour blocker to complement and patch the whole:D

the IDS is the BB (Mamutu) and yes the IDS and surf protection dont work on 64bit but the rest of it works great, ull still have all the detection from both engines, the current v5 beta is working on 64bit compatibility so just wait a bit :D
