When in RA, it says my server's and clients' virus definitions are set to v4075, and the newest version is v4312. Why are the updates not being sent to the clients, and why isn't the server updated? I saw the 4312 update from Tools --> Server Options... --> Updates.

Also, when I go to a client, it says "invalid password" on the update page. I deployed all the clients via RA so I was assuming they would have all that information.

    I'm using RA v3.1.11 and NOD32 v4.0.437.0.

There are numerous reasons why your client/workstation may be out-of-date.

How is that clients configured ? Do you require your clients to use a password to access the RA updates ? Or they update from the Internet ?

The fastest way to fix your issues would be reinstallation - uninstall NOD32 and install it again with proper cfg. :thumb:
