pushing agent to winxp pro

    i keep getting error 1219 when attemping to push an installation to my windows xp machine. both computers can see each other and i can log into the remote machine with the acronis console fine.

    what should i do ?

    First of all, please make sure you use the latest build, which is available on our web site at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/support/updates/. To get access to updates you should register your software first at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/registration/. Please disable any download managers, internet download/connection boosters, etc. before the download.

    Please make sure you log in to the remote computer under the account that has got enough rights to install new software on the remote computer. If the problem remains please send the screenshots of your actions to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread. Our Support Team will certainly help you to solve the problem.
