Thinking of purchasing Home user PG, and was just wondering if Visa Delta cards are accepted ? Also how the acquisition and installation of it would go. Cheers.
Hi Meed, Yes, see this link: http://www.diamondcs.com.au/processguard/index.php?page=purchase Please note that your order will not be processed until Monday morning Perth time Once you have purchased you will receive an email with your Key file, you will also receive information about the DCS members area where you can download the full version. If you have tried the trial and it works for you OK I would follow the instruction s for removal - See the sticky above. Before doing a fresh install please ensure that there is no malware on your machine, scan with every AT, AV, AdAware & Spybot that you can. Run Chkdsk /f by doing the following: Start - Run - CMD and press return. In the command window type chkdsk /f and press return - Say yes to do this on the next reboot. Run system tools - defrag Do a fresh install and accept the default programs, PG will be in learning mode, run all your trusted programs one at a time then reboot, this will switch learning mode off. Start adding your security and Internet enabled programs, I would do this one at a time, watching the PG log so that the necessary flags can be allowed. Gradually switch on the four General options, again watch the logging as some programs may need to have their individual "Options" tweaked. You may find it is two or three reboots before all your system processes etc are fully identified this is quite normal in my experience. Once you have completed these tasks you will find that Process Guard is very stable on most machines. Enjoy your weekend. Pilli
Please help to understand clearly what differences between options of purchases, what they really are : + PG with option unlimit license for home users + Action Pack (TDS3/PE/ES) for $99 : is this 01 user license? how about only 02 upgrades (to each or to all upgrades total?) - please clarify it. + Roving pack (TDS3/PE/ES) : how it works for home users? Thanks in advance. cheers.
Yes.. roving licenses are for one product - TDS or Port Explorer. They are not suitable for home use and intended for security professionals to help in their day to day PC checking/cleaning Home users should look at Action Pack purchases or single products to suit their exact needs - email sales@diamondcs.com.au and tell us what security software you have if you want us to recommend the best option to suit you
