I purchased PE yesterday, Sunday Jan 25, through 'PayPal/Send Money' and so far I have not heard one word from Diamond CS.

Do I need to be worried?

    Hi S Morano :)

    Welcome to Wilders.

There is no need to worry.

DCS is closed on weekends and i just saw in another thread that today is a national holiday in Australia so i'm sure u will recieve your key tomorrow.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Susan,

    Welcome at the board !

    No need to be worried:
Licence-keys are handled by DiamondCS monday-friday; but yesterday (monday) it was a holiday in Australia (Australia day), so the DCS-guys had a well deserved free day.
I guess you will hear from them soon ! :)

    Regards, Jan.

    Hi Susan,
As others have mentioned, it was Australia Day (national public holiday) here in the land down under yesterday but we're back in gear today - you should receive your license within the next hour, and we hope you enjoy the full version of Port Explorer for many years to come! :)

    Best regards,
    Wayne

I was much too hasty! This morning I did receive an email from Mr. Coe explaining the office being closed for a holiday. Hope all those in Australia had a good day!

Now, best of all, I have a full version of Port Explorer. It's a great program ... with it I feel like I know what is going on with my computer connections/ports. I never was a fan of Netstat. Actually, when I see a command prompt I experience a 'duh' moment that can turn into minutes!

Thanks Diamond CS for creating Port Explorer!

PS: Thanks also for all the replies ... good group!
